| Comments | 1. Στο πρώτο τμήμα του εγγράφου, με τον αριθμό 1, υπάρχει η προγαμιαία δωρεά της μητέρας της νύφης προς τον γαμπρό της. Στο δεύτερο τμήμα, με τον αριθμό 2, υπάρχει η παραλαβή της προίκας, η οποία βεβαιώνεται από τον γαμπρό. Και για τα δύο μέρη του εγγράφου οι υπογραφές βρίσκονται στο τέλος και είναι κοινές./ The contract has two parts. In the first part the brides' mother gives the dowry to the groom. In the second part the groom affirms that he accepts the dowry. 2. Στο τέλος του εγγράφου διευκρινίζεται ότι η προίκα θα βρίσκεται μεν υπό την κατοχή του γαμπρού αλλά υπό την κυριότητα δε της συζύγου./ In the end of the contract it is mentioned that although the groom could use the everything that is being given to the couple by the brides' mother, these goods will be actually owned by the bride. |
